We've received a massive dose of family the past few weeks with more to come. It's great. Lots of kids. Last week we had the Taylors and another family of 5 staying with us. It's like we were running a summer camp at our house. As you can see from the picture above, boogie boarding was a preferred activity.

We set up a big screen in the yard and watched Ratatouille.

Sharon, Olive, and Eden were also in town this week. Olive has mad hair braiding skills, as she is demonstrating here on Emma.

The finished product.

It was a little bright.

Who else is trying to get rid of squash this time of year?

Speaking of Ratatouille, we've been having some rat problems at the Haci. They're on the roof. Sick. Jeb had to bring in the "zapper" to finish the job. Pretty nasty. Here is Grant disposing of a rodent in the morning.

The kids took pity and staged a funeral for Ratty. They named him Alex.

Looks like fun times had by all, except for the rat!
