Fall

It's been a while since we last posted. We wanted to share some fall highlights with ya'll! Enjoy.

In early September we got out for a few days with our beloved friends Jen and Jesse. We were up near Mammoth. This particular picture is in front of Garnet Lake.

We got snowed on the first night. A wee bit chilly, but beautiful.

Cooking dinner on top of the world! This was the sweetest campsite ever. There was even a little square table (rock) for us to cook on.

In October, we got to see Jane and Ian get married! They got hitched at the Free Methodist Church, with a reception at the Dos Pueblos ranch. It was such a sweet and joyous day!

Aunt Teresa was here for a bit in November. We took a hike to Inspiration Point with her and the Koop family.

Oh yeah, and making ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Once you do it this way, you will never go back. Demis the Chemist helped us out with this one.

The primary reason I haven't been blogging is because I have been too busy making these sandwiches. My-Oh-My are they good. Sundried tomatoes, roasted eggplant, shredded carrots, tomatoes, onion, kale and salad dressing. Game Over.
